I don't think I did anything wrong but I don't see any way to reconnect the sway bar. It's also rubbing on the spindle or real close. Any ideas? Or with this lift do you need to remove it?

unhook it where the u-shaped brackets bolt into the frame, then put the links (in your picture) in first. Tighten the bolts by hand and then put the brackets back on?

Should line up when the suspension isn't full droop. You could either do the above, or wait till the truck is on the ground. I have the same front coils and I have my sway bar installed. No rub or other issues.

Do what is mentioned above or just leave it off for a little more articulation. Took mine off a few years ago and the body roll isn't bad at all. But I'm also not doing any high speed cornering.

Looks like it needs to turn down. I'll get the other side disconnected and see.

    Something seems off...

    20200711_180150.jpg

    :D

I'll put the leaf packs on tomorrow.

The UCA through bolt on the passenger side was a huge PITA. I had to bend a ton, still wasn't getting it. Ended up hammering it through with a pry bar both ways. They should have had a bend in the body panel there for the bolt.

I'll have to measure after the leaf pack but it seems the front is like 3.5" higher.

Ok so it's about 24" center of hub to the fender. Seems similar to what others are at.

I cut the bolt heads in-situ with an angle grinder, then installed new bolts going in from the rear. Though on the driver's side, a lot of fuel lines had to be unclipped. This is the cleanest way but costs $30-$50 extra for two bolts.

Might be, but I'm gonna hang a bumper and winch off it.
