i purchased add a leaf Supreme suspensions for rear which indicates 1.5-2" of lift in rear once installed. i intend to put spacers on front and want to achieve level or 1/2 inch lower in front. Also think with mileage, i need new shocks/struts in front

What economic shocks/struts for front that will work with spacers???

95% of time i'm simply on the highway. Also if it matters i just put 265/75/16's on in place of 245's.
    can reply or email (jmgreen@una.edu)
    thx in advance.

Bilstein 5100 maybe a good option.
    They have different settings.

I'm no expert, but if you intend to use spacers, the strut you use shouldn't matter much beyond how stiff/soft your ride preference is, and how soon you want to have to replace them. If all you're looking for is about an inch up front, 3rd Gen takeoffs(with the springs) can be found cheap and will give you that.

I’m no mechanic, but if I can find 3rd gen coils it will give me a 1” lift? Does it matter what model ?
I have a pre runner also. How much should I pay for these?

In short, Yes. 3rd Gen takeoffs aren't hard to find, there are sets currently up for sale on TW, also on eBay, FB groups, CL... The coils are what will provide a slight lift only in the front. If you use the site search, you can find all sorts of info about it. I believe it applies to the PreRunners as well.

You can buy 3rd gen suspension for front and back for cheap. That will give you a 1in lift to the front and no lift in the back. Just add a 1/4 spacer to the front and that should get you at 1.5in.

Yes 3rd gen suspension will give you a 1in lift in the front and none in the back unless you still have your 2+1 rear leaf like I did and switch it out for a newer 3+1 leaf from a 3rd gen and that will give you 0.5in to the back.

I was very lucky and found all the suspension component with under 1k miles on them for under $200 locally.

Also OR suspension will be softer while Sports will be stiffer.

PreRunner might get slightly more than 1in without extra weight of 4wd up front. But if want to be level or .5" rake with the add-a-leafs in back, you'd still need spacers on the 3rd gen coil overs or just get Billy 5100s adjustables. I'm running an add a leaf in the rear with 3rd gen suspension and I sit about 2.25" higher on the rear on a DCSB with 4wd.
