    I meant to type in pan not drain.

    But yeah you understood it.

    We've had multiple Ford diesels and it surprised me to see plastic oil pans only to see the same on our own new vehicle line up.

    So used to only ever messing with metal pans only to see plastic on a lot of newer vehicles.
