Just wondering if I can swap a 2010 suspension setup for a 2020, and what problems would I face. Thanks in advance

100% no problems, it will sit 1" higher in the front. Otherwise all parts are compatible from 2005-2020

    Yes.

The stuff from 2010 may be rusty and you’ll need new hardware.

If I may ask is this something worth it to do, as stock setup on 2020 will cost me $250. Thanks for your help

To me it’s not worth it but I also have new aftermarket suspension on mine. If I had worn out 10 year old rusty parts it might be. Totally depends on your goals.

It's worth it if your just wanting OE replacement. 3rd gen suspension will add a small bit of lift in the front and rides better than stock 2nd gen IMO. $250 is a good deal if it's low mileage take offs, cheaper than aftermarket and will last longer. But if what you're wanting is a "lift" you'll be disappointed with the 3rd gen setup, in that case go aftermarket.

+1 could not agree more with this statement. If you want a small lift 3rd gen suspension are a good way to go but if your looking for something bigger look elsewhere. They also did make a big improvement in ride quality.

If your shocks are shot it will probably be a nice improvement. Low mileage 3rd gen takeoffs are all over Craigslist here so depending on the area you are in you may be able to get them even cheaper. I bought a set of leaf springs from a 2019 for 40 bucks not too long ago and the guy seemed pretty happy to get the 40$.
