I was planning to go to steel, but could have used this until I obtain one, which we know takes weeks to get. Not only that, the tech didn't write down what he found in the work report. So, I have no idea what cause the bolts to spin and not come out, and of course, that guy doesn't work on Saturday.

    Don,
I just checked in with Brittony here in the office (I don't answer the phone/email anymore unless it requires my knowledge specifically as I'm in the shop keeping production rolling) and she said she promptly emailed back on 6/26 to which she didn't get a reply to her questions for you regarding skids. She did mention you called this week regarding a new set of skids and asked me specifically about possibility of building another set of skid plates since we discontinued skids around a year and a half ago, unfortunately she must have gotten too busy yesterday with calls/shipping/order pick up's. We've been the busiest ever here the last few months and phone/email loads have been easily doubled, maybe even tripled, so most emails/messages are returned within a business day unless theres a special circumstance like the custom order.
Anyways, that aside, between when you got your plates and when we quit offering them I did do an updated design where the mid and T-case skids are now joined into one piece so you'd need to get a full replacement set with that design change. That said, I can make the set of skids but it'll take a few weeks to get them through production; If you need something ASAP you may need to check and see of Jerry, RCI, AP, etc may have some on hand for you. Sorry we can't make them faster, I would be personally building them and have a long line of tire carriers I'm in the middle of building plus I handle all the CNC cutting and brake forming of the bumper parts to keep the rest of the guys busy in the shop.

A lot has changed around here in 3 years, can't fully judge our current service by an experience that long ago. I apologize if you feel you did not receive adequate CS at that time, we've been trying to improve in all areas over the last couple years so I would invite you to compare service now vs then, however that would obviously require placing another order. :notsure:

I quite enjoy a cool, crisp WC on a hot summer day myself. I get constant shit for drinking them, but they’re better than beer for me. Lol

If you made changes to better the business I applaud you. That doesn't change my experience at all. I've never posted publicly about my experience, and frustrations, with Relentless Fab other then to say your CS was mediocre. If my email from 3 years ago regarding my issue was responded too I'd never even be saying that. Every business has the outlier and I hope that I was that outlier at that time.

I have a lot of respect for the quality of what you guys produce. I've had my bumper over 3 years. It's run every hard trail in Cali multiple times. It's been bashed into rocks. It's taken full body weight hits from ledge drops. It's been used to recover in very difficult recoveries plenty. It's been beat on more then most ever will. That bumper has taken everything I threw at it and not only survived but survived with almost no damage. It's truly a tough, well thought out, design.
