Had to roll out and up on my NVDA covered call. Moved expiry one week and strike up $25 dollars to $435 from $410. Cost me $720 but if it gets assigned next week that's an extra $2500. I actually hope it doesn't as if like to keep my shares.

Also forgot to mention I picked up 800 shares if TUP last Thursday at $5.77. I sold covered calls for AUG $7.50. If it continues to run I'll end up having to roll those as well. lol

It is. They cut dividends and the stock cratered in November 2019. Recently they started to have these little uptrends. I kept watching and decided it was worth throwing some cash at. I did not expect them to move as much as they have in the last week so I'm sure there's a rumour I'm missing.

How about LIACF though. I almost tripled so far. There might be some truth behind the Tesla rumour the way they are moving. I'm gonna hold for a bit. lol

I should have put all of my money into TSLA in March. I'd be rich right now. Just kidding I never would have done that.

The $1 dollar per share was probably close to the stock value when the deal was signed. It has nothing to do with current valuation. LIACF is increasing their potential profit by getting rid of 1.5% of future royalties on the TLC claim. To do that they are giving Nevada Alaska $150000 plus 843750 shares of restricted stock. NA can't trade on that stock for 4 months. Once those 4 months pass NA's stock then converts to B shares at current market value. For a NA to give up 1.5% of royalties for less then $1M should mean that they are betting that stock increases.

The same goes for NevadaCo. For them to give up 2000 acres worth of claims to another company for $4M stock equivalent should mean that they also think the stock will go up. Their current claim should be worth considerably more if the deposit tests are close to accurate.

You can bet both of those companies have inside knowledge of LIACF's rumored deal with Tesla. For 2 companies to give up potential profit for a stock stake in another company means they are bullish on that company. Time will tell if I'm reading between the lines correctly.

Let me ask you guys a question regarding taxes and your brokerage account.
Does your brokerage account separate your short term and long term gains on your 1099? I’ve tried googling this, but I can’t find anything solid. I make a lot of trades throughout the year and for the past 3 years I’ve taken my 1099’s and W2’s to a CPA so that I don’t have to deal with the headache, but as you know this eats a big chunk of my return. Last year I brought in 26 pages alone of trading activity and the CPA told me he would have to enter in every transaction (or something to that effect). There has GOT to be an easier way than that, so I am just checking for authenticity and alternative solutions for doing my taxes.
I have short term capital gains and long term capital gains.
    Thanks
