    Score! :)
    Well at least for me...
My wife gets I guess what would be called points on her grocery shopper's card...at the station price is $2.39/gallon....
    .80 off $1.59....yay me!!!
    $30.00 @ $1.59 = 18.8679245283 gallons...topped off the tank.

    Good morning All,

Three times we were awaken by the dogs due to five (5) raccoons on our deck. One HUGE mama and four youngins wrapped together like puppies on the railing near the bird feeder. Mama ran down the deck stairs and over the gate, the babies stayed until I could shoo them off. I think she was protecting them from the bear who also happened to visit last night - I NEED A NAP.

    Have a great day everyone

:pccoffee:  'Morning folks! We got another good soaking last night. Weather forecast is calling for a couple of beautiful days ahead. One of our neighbors visited yesterday, brought her dogs. We sat outside and chatted, while I tossed the frisbee for the dogs for at least 1/2 hour straight. And they still wanted more!

Back to the salt mines today for me. Don't say anything Mark! ;) Stay safe people.

Hotter than H in Tucson - 113 yesterday. Big lightning show overnight, hope it doesn't ignite some more wildfires!

Lots of Javelina in the neighborhood this AM. My house backs up to a wash area and a whole tribe on them trooped through about 6:00. Our dogs despise them and raised a huge fuss.....

    Morning all:
Saw that Ken, the human race is under attack, add West Nile Virus, Lyme disease, and a few others, the list grows longer!
There are other things also affecting critters likes CWD, bee mites, white nose in bats, and rabbit hemorrhagic disease, just to name a few.
The rabbit disease is a new one to me, they claim it's devastating the rabbit population in the Southwest.

Remember in the 60's all the bomb shelters people were putting in, That doesn't seem like to bad of an idea now:rofl:... Have a safe one and stay away from the critters:thumbsup:

Just read about another one Ken, Eastern Equine Encephalitis, referred to as EEE, it is another disease that is carried by mosquitoes.
Yup we're doomed, those rattlesnakes and copperheads seem less of a threat anymore than all the microscopic bugs that are out there that can get you!

Agree on that Carl. I guess we'll just have to "tip toe through the tulips" of life and make the best of it.

So now I need to stay out of Jefferson County - thanks Ken for the concern. However we have had bubonic here for a while now in prairie dogs. I shoot the gray tree rats anyway they try to take over the black (pointed ear) squirrels which are not as aggressive.

Always have to be careful with the CWD when elk hunting, I stopped hunting Bambi because CWD is more prevalent in the mule deer and the elk that are affected are still in certain areas (so far) - I stay in the remote GMU's for hunting - lots more work but less human idiots and better herd populations.

Got back from Costco at a good time, storms are jut now rolling in
