Well if I shut off my trucks ac it can do 0-60 in 13 seconds so I'd say not too shabby.

How long did the 10 mile take?

    I avged 10:12/mile

    5k: 24:00
    10k: 49:00
    HM: 1:47:00
    FM Goal: 3:45:00

    My easy pace is 9:45-10:30ish
    Recovery pace 11-12

Since surgery I’ve been running using the MAF method. All aerobic running where your HR doesn’t exceed 180-age.
My easy paces are coming way down.

Doesn't sound like you're too far off from pre surgery.

What is the longest you've ran at one time?

I’m actually better than presurgery right now.

    Longest run is 28.5

I’m still pretty scared to do a 50 miler lol

4-6 miles will be about 8:30-9 minutes moving pretty good. Just picked up a new pair of sauconys and have done two track runs with them this week.

3 inch lift from supreme suspension. 265/70/16 wrangler Kevlar at on trd off road wheels.
He’s probably on the small stuff like anavar and masteron that doesn’t require extreme gains like the bigger drugs like tren/dbol etc.

Makes you look more “natty” it’s part of the bodybuilding culture to get “sales” out...

sad to say but social media influences you to buy these supps when in reality all these “natty” lifters are high off tren and all that. Lol I used to part of the biz so all that shit is a hoax

I need new running shoes. What do you all suggest? All my running for the past 20+ years has been on grass/turf with cleats but with coronavirus shutting down the rugby season my cardio is falling off hard. I need to start putting in some miles around the neighborhood.

I love my Saucony’s. I run in the Guides and Rides.

I have two pairs of Asics and they are probably last. They are fine just not as comfy as the Saucony

    As stated love Saucony’s.

I just bought a new pair of Altra Escalantes to lift in. They are zero drop shoes and have a large toe box.
I want to slowly move to zero drop for my trail shoes. I’m really diggin them.

I hate Brooks. They have narrow toe boxes and their shoes pretty much bite it around 300 miles. I can get 700 miles out of my Sauconys.

Asics are ok. Most shoes have gone to a lightweight design and theres havent so they are still heavy and bulky.

I have Sauconys and have the knivaras. Brooks are another popular brand. I tried hokas on and they felt like moon shoes, super soft. Go to a legit running store and they can watch your gait and suggest shoes for you to try on.

When you guys do rack pulls, where do you have the bar? Just under the kneecap, middle of the knee, or just above?

Usually below the knee. Anything higher doesn’t do much for me.

Sorry for the late reply. Definitely go to Southern Grist. That was always my favorite Nashville brewery. I’m pretty behind in the beer world now. Haven’t had a drop in 6 months.

    4 miles this AM.

I have a funeral and family events to attend later this week before I go on vacay next week.
I’m trying to cram most of my mileage and lifting into the next 4 days.

Its gonna be a long 4 days lol
