Mine is usually twice as bad as yours when I replace it. It's weird that you're having issues with your A/C performance. I wonder if it's a Dual Cab thing or maybe your compressor is becoming less efficient or your system is developing flow issues.

I’m not 100% sure I had the ac system checked about 2 months ago I was told it’s fine, I do it yearly. I may have just got used to the VWs AC it’s ridiculous and being a wuss.

Could be. Some of those newer European vehicles use additional technology to make the A/C better.

Probably I’ve rode in a lot of cars this is probably the 2nd best system I’ve ever experienced.

Higher rpm’s help the a/c blow cold. Stop and go traffic sucks for any vehicle.

For sure, on the hwy I have no issue but last summer I didn’t have any complaints around town.

Most specify that as long as vent exit temps are 40 degrees below ambient, then it's in spec. This past week would be around 60-65 degrees at the vents. That can translate to 70-80 in the cab.

Unacceptable for my pampered chef having ass. I did find the same E-fan setup Kurt has with a promo code for sub 300. I’m seriously considering it everything I’ve read says the ac performs significantly better I could careless about any hypothetical mpg gain.

A push fan in front of the radiator will definitely help. It might drop it another 5-10 degrees at idle.
