I converted last November. This time I want to keep it looking stock.

First thing I did was order some white Knuckle off road sliders. 20200126_155356.jpg 20200126_155407.jpg 20200126_155346.jpg

My old Dometic CFX 35 with a new Dometic fridge slide. Fits snug under the Baklflip MX4. I bolted A hitch receiver to the inside of the bed so I can store the winch when not in use.

Here's a few mods I forgot to post.

Hondo Garage phone mount and cord clips
    20200627_165436.jpg
    20200627_165446.jpg

It's expensive but I'm really happy with it. It's really well made. In my jeep I ended up going through many cheap mounts and I can tell this mount will last longer than the truck so probably worth it.

I also amputated the exhaust tip and removed the mud flaps. I've done enough offroading to know that I would eventually tear them off anyway.

    20200628_120856.jpg 20200628_120909.jpg
The exhaust dumps down right behind the axle now. Up out of harm's way and In my opinion I think the truck looks better without mud flaps or the exhaust tip.

Last. I added a front tow hitch and quick disconnect so I can mount my winch to the front when needed.

    20200628_120940.jpg

Almost forgot. I did the rear axle diff breather mod. Ran the hose behind the rear tailight.

I took some detailed pics of how I run my fridge for another thread and I figured I'd post them here also.

I use a Jackery Explorer 240 Portable Power Station. I plug the Jackery into the ac bed outlet. I plug My Dometic CFX 35 to the 12v DC outlet on the Jackery. When the truck is running the Jackery charges while also powering the fridge. When I turn of the truck the fridge keeps running. The only downside is that I have to remember to turn on the bed outlet every time I turn on the truck so that the Jackery continues to charge while driving. It charges at the same rate on the 100w or 400w settings. I use a small battery tray I found on Amazon to hold the Jackery down. I'm still messing with this setup to make sure it works they way I want but so far so good.

I like that it shows you how many watts are coming in and how many watts are going out.
    upload_2020-7-6_16-19-49.png

The fridge fits really tight under the Bakflip Mx4 but it closes all the way and I can still slide out the fridge.

I dig the setup! I wish I went for the cfx35 instead of the cfx40. The 40 does not fit under the tonneau so I have it placed behind the driver seat...

I had the fridge in my previous Jeep so I just got lucky that it fit so well in the truck. But it is small. It can be a challenge organizing our food even for a weekend trip. And it does take a lot of bed space.

Installed a full set of steel skid plates. All of them by Victory 4x4. Haven't got to bash them on the rocks yet but I'm pretty happy with them so far.

Front, mid, transferase, gas tank, & lower control arm skid plates. 100% bolt on with minor drilling.

It's still there, just hard to see in the pictures. The front skid attaches further back so it doesn't interfere with the front hitch at all. You can see the front hitch tubing and bolts in the first pic. I just didn't take the pic far enough back to catch the hitch itself.

The steel skid plates paid off this trip. You can see the exhaust was previously scratched up which prompted the skid plate purchase. I would have really damaged the exhaust this trip without them. Also, the solar panel addition really helped out with the Jackery 240. I thought I would have to upgrade to the Jackery 500 but the solar panel and 240 did fine on this 3 day trip so I'm going to keep this setup until I see a need to upgrade.

Where did you have to do the minor drilling?
