Well, and honestly, any decent pair of wired ear buds will cancel a lot of sound, be more comfortable than over the ear cans and, not require that you charge them.

That is if you can plug them into your phone. :bananadead:

That wind/AC issue can be fixed with a better seal. It's a shame, they are cool.

Just ordered new axles from Napa. They're running a promo where if you buy 3 or more eligible items, you get 20% off. It was cheaper for me to buy two axles and a tie rod versus only buying two axles. About $30 cheaper. Grand total $223. Ordering a new passenger side cv seal, as well as new gear oil and washers. I'm going to use this as an opportunity to replace my diff oil in both diffs and the transfer case, replace the one seal, and put new CV's in.

edit: Picked up the tie rod to carry as a trail spare. I've been meaning to get one.

    No thank you.

Spraying would be the way to do, especially for something like sliders. Are you thinking smooth or textured liner?

Not sure. These are the new ones (not reman) and they have a heavier duty outer boot according to the description.

Textured. They seem to be out of black right now unless I want military standard. I found a cheap undercoat gun on Amazon. I may give this a run.

Yes, the HD actually refers to the thicker boot. Those are what I bought also a CPL years ago but they actually designated them HD back then.

I see so many people wearing earphones while driving nowadays. I've even seen a few wearing full-on headphones. I don't know how they think that can be safe.

Interested in the liner application for sliders...like even considering going in on product and paint day, but probably am going too far!

this has my interest as well. The top of mine are tore up from my Reef flip flops (the metal beer opener on the bottom). I need to pull them off and get them coated with something...since it’s a street truck and all...
