    You can download oclf in the market as a lag fix and it well also root your phone for you with just a couple clicks. Then just download and drocap2 and bam, you got screen shots

    -go to android market
    -type in OCLF
    -download the app and follow the reboot directions, this will also give you superuser abilities.


    Then get the screen capture app, type in drocap2 and the market should find it.

    Depends on what phone you have. On my captivate I have to holds down both volume buttons and power button at the same time and hold until a boot menu comes up.
