Whatever

So far 63 years. Funny thing is, I've lived longer in N.C. than any other state, going on 24 yrs. My dad was in the Oil Business, and we moved quite a bit growing up. I can remember telling kids in school that we couldn't be friends, because I wouldn't be there very long.

 

Don't know about those 2 items, but I did learn mathematics using a slide rule. We learned to use an abacus in elementary school. Had rotary telephones, there were maybe 5 television channels, and all mail was sent using a stamp.

 

Guy just came in the store talking to my wife about deer and deer hunting and ask "you ever eat deer jerky, I need to get me one of them dehumidifiers and make some, that's some good eating"

We had the rotary phone hanging in the kitchen with that long tangled up cord. How many times you dial 6 numbers and mess the 7th one up and have to start over?

We also only had 4-5 channels and would argue who was getting up to change the channel.

 

Having a 20ft long cable so I could drag the phone into my room

 

not to poke fun, but it's a Food dehydrator, not a dehumidifier.

 

Yeah, we have 2 of them. She said she couldn't help but laugh

 

I still pay my bills through the mail

I just wrote one for the water bill. They can wait!

I think i had checks up til 2008

 

I have to wait to ask the wife once she gets home / she don’t have checks either . Pretty sure she does it all over the phone or app
