    Hmmmmm. If it's not dark when I get home I'm going to take a picture of the hill in my yard. I mow up, down, and angled on it. My Cub Cadet would slide a little going down, but it wasn't a big pucker moment. I put a little more aggressive back tires on it, and I'm good to go. Maybe if you see my hill you might be able to save yourself some cash.

    I really don't think you are. When I first got my rider, I still did my hill with the push mower. Then laziness won out and I started only going downhill on the rider. Then one day I decided to try uphill. And this year I've been mowing the hill at a diagonal. I'm leaning off the seat like it's a sport bike. And every single time I'm on that hill, I'm a little nervous.

    I can only go so high on my work monitor, but I saw enough pixels to shit myself when the T4R dropped!

    Gotta give @boogie3478 credit for withstanding those flies!!!

    Fyi didn't see them well on the monitor, the phone screen is HD and they're definitely there in full force!

    That video is having a dual effect of making me want to seriously get into that type of wheeling and also completely terrifying me.

    Get the most powerful riding mower your budget allows and let Jesus take the wheel, IMO

    But it's a self-propelled push mower!!
    @Superman910
    I think, just eyeing those photos, that I have about half an acre less grass and after the initial few months after moving in and only needing to weedwack most of the open space (gotta love no grass on the lot with a new house, but I don't have sod money!).

    That next spring, man I about broke that push mower and came into a very very "worn in" decade or older craftsman riding mower...it was free, and it came with a can of start fluid in a giant spray can, along with an extra long standard screwdriver for "starting" it by arcing the starter and spraying starter fluid...I put maybe $200 in new carb, oil/filter, replaced battery, front control/steering arms...but the deck barely raised up enough for me to drive up onto the gravel off the yard. So I got a season and a half out of ol'crafty until I bought my LT1 Cub Cadet riding mower (46" deck).

    My opinion, most any zero-turn would eat that up, rider too although you might have to ride a little side saddle on the steepest parts.

    Yea, but that's why they've got phone and cup holders integrated into them these day...right?!?
