    Hey, you can remove that bracket in the center between the headlights. If you'll remove the 1 or 2 bolts and then drill out the little spot welds, you wont need a relocate kit. That bracket doesnt appear to do anything other than get in the way.

    No worries of TSS issues. That is the bracket I was referring to. I believe it has two pop rivets and a bolt to remove, then its clear sailing. That bracket doesnt appear to do anything, actually. All parts are still firmly in place after removal.
