    I can’t do the no carb thing anymore. Screws my stomach up big time. I have to keep at least a minimum of them in my diet or I end up with bad stomach cramps after a little while.

    I need to work out and stuff.

    Im not completely carb free, ive been watching my blood sugar levels and they dip and i get super hungry. So ive been eating pinto beans and fruits which helps, with my meals, ive got to talk to the docs see whats going on with my sugar levels. Im trying to prevent being a diabetic...if I can...

    Pet insurance. Worth it. My old one has to get a shot once a month, potentially more probably for the rest of his life for allergies. It’s like $90 each time. I have a $250 deductible then I get 90% back

    Keto is probably one of the better diets imo. Get to eat plenty of tasty stuff still. No beer though. I don’t last more than a day with that

    I get it. I just want to drop about 50-70 pounds to be back at a good fighting weight for me. I ain’t EVER going to be a small boy. When I played sports at a very high level I was anywhere from 215-225. :)

    Hate when it starts gettin hot. All the bugs come out. Went to my friends on Saturday for some bbq and got lit up. My inside ankle is all swollen up and fat right now. Hurts to touch it too. Not sure if skeeters or spider got me

    Yep, VA had me on metformin, but its been recalled, so I quit taking it. Sucks not being able to drink but maybe after talking to docs I can have one once in a while...
