Gonna be a yes from me on the new bronco, the small rear view windows and some of the renderings remind me of the fj a little.

Maybe worth buying at end of lease if nothing else arises..

Yeah that new Bronco looks sweet. Glad to see they have the 2 and 4 door to go up against the Wrangler.

Definitely not. It's a Nissan rogue. The trans I think it's already starting to go and the AC isn't doing so great anymore either

I agree, what I seen so far it looks like a cool rig. Wonder how well it will tow...

Short wheel base, so probably about as well as the older ones did. I haven't seen it yet, any indication on which engine it's getting? The 5.0 would be cool.

I think that's a big disappointment. I know the 2.7 does good on paper, but they should offer the 5.0 and/or the 3.5 ecoboost. I think only offering the smaller engines may drive some people away, not everyone is sold on the 2.7. Doesn't make a hill of beans to me, I have no use for an SUV at the moment, but I do like the looks.

only rated for 3500lbs otherwise i would have seriously considered possibly trading the taco. I believe Toyota is working on a cheaper landcruiser meant to compete with Bronco and Wrangler

Jeep’s putting the 6.4 392 in the wrangler and gladiator because they thought the Bronco would get the 5.0. Where’s the small power stroke for the bronco?

I like the look for the most part, I'd have to see the front end in person though. I'm betting they'll come out with a Raptor-like trim with a larger engine.

That wouldn't be a big improvement either. Ford's and Ram's 3.0L diesels aren't anything to write home about. Right now, it seems GM has the best small displacement diesel engines out there.

That Bronco needs to get the 5.0 in the near future. Not doing that is a mistake. That old styling needs an old fashioned V8.

The problem with the 5.0 is you have to rev it to make decent torque. The 2.7 has loads of torque available really low.

Truthfully, I liked my 2.7 more than this 3.5. It was noticeably stronger at low RPMs. Though, the 3.5 is stronger up higher so it's really quick for passing.

Many good years of the broncos had the 351. So yea, they need to pay homage with at least the 302.

You mean the most fun part of the 5.0 is that you get to rev it to make decent torque and power. Honestly though, by about 2k RPM, the Coyote is doing pretty well. It maxes somewhere near the 5k mark but it's making a pretty high percentage of it's torque at 2k. HP is another story though...
Ah yes, the good ole 351. Many of my friends had those growing up. I remember stopping at gas stations and having to run in and grab a quart of oil each time.

Anyone interested in some 3rd gen weld on sliders? For a dcsb or access cab long bed.

One slider is painted and good to go.
The other has grind marks and cuts around the pads that go to the frame, but would be welded and made whole again after installed anyways.

Bed liner paint. No filler plates. Kickout.

    $300

Could anyone recommend a good repair shop on the west side of Greater Boston? I'm in Westborough, so anywhere in Framingham/Shrewsbury/Northborough/Southborough/Natick/Marlborough areas would be perfect. I'm not opposed to a shop in Worcester either. Thanks!
