IF is also incredibly good for you. If you’re not a big breakfast person you should give it a shot. Don’t eat after dinner until like 12 the next day. I think like 14-16 hours is the prime timing. I can find out from my girlfriend if you want more info.
Ya the no beer is brutal. I never last more than a day

I was doing intermittent fasting last year and was doing good. Then I got sick and it screwed me all up. I should just go back to that.

Two days in a row we've come home to poop in the kennel. Negan seems like he feels fine but he doesn't smell fine and he usually doesn't poop in his kennel. Not sure what his issue is....

What I was doing was 24 hours between meals. I would eat dinner then nothing to eat for 24 hours. I drank water, tea with no sugar, Gatorade zero. Then I would have a good dinner. I would do this 2 days in a row then I would have a day where I ate normals meals. Then I would do it again. I would have 2-3 normal days a week. In the fasting days though you have to make sure there is no sugar and stuff. I was dropping a good amount of weight.

Mark a line around the rash and see if it grows. Bites are normally round in shape when inflammation starts. Sometimes, rings will form.
