I bought it on PS3, but have ran into some annoying mic issues (people echoing) and slight lag here and there. Nothing gamebreaking but annoying for sure.

Multiplayer is just awesome- I like the killstreaks- they're not too hardcore and the maps are plenty and well made. The lvling/ upgrading process is really cool.

Singleplayer hasn't captured me like CoD4, but it's still good fun. The AI is a little goofy at times, but they can still put up a challenge. The weapons are a blast!

If my friends all end up buying for 360, I'll pick up a copy on that system as well to play with them.

A buddy of mine lives in Marianna Fl, drove to PCB and preordered 6 copies for XBOX 360 as Christmas gifts and one prestige package. Picked all of it up on launch day. Got home and open his prestige edition, put batteries in the toy bomb, reached for the game itself, and damn if it wasn't a copy for the PS3. Even though the box prestige edition box was green and had xbox 360 all over it. He had to drive all the way back to PCB to get the correct version of the game. The guy at GameStop told him he wasn't the 1st and probably not the last. I thought it was hilarious but also puzzling on how they factory accomplished this.

What Guns are you guys using.. Im a level 23.. and Ive been using the AK74 & Galil and they work great in Hardcore..but I just cant find a gun I like in Non Hardcore MAtches.. everythign seems like it takes too many shot to get any kills.. yet when I watch kill cams it appears others are taken me out in as little as 2 shots.. just cant firgure out what it is...

What attachments or Perks are better to get kills easier in Non Hardcore matches.

I honestly think it is the best Call of Duty game out right now, I love the customization, there isnt a map that I just absolutely hate, the graphics are great, and I like the Killstreaks and the COD Points to buy attachments, and stuff like that.

Here is what I think of the game so far after playing for several hours.

The single player is interesting because I like all of the historical connections (seeing JFK and a tour inside of the Pentagon). It has all of the intense shooting that you would expect from COD games. The graphics on single player are great too. I think it is lacking in the sound department though. I think that somebody fell asleep at the sound department because the sounds are just not on the same level as they were in MW2. Haven't finished the single player campaign yet but I am very excited to see the rest of the game.

For multiplayer, I love the way you can buy guns and equipment. I like the customization too. My blue reticle makes it much easier to acquire and eliminate targets. The little remote control bomb-car is great, if you are controlling it. If it is coming after me, I tend to say "oh shit" and just find some where to get some standoff and shoot the damn thing (same goes for those f$**##! dogs). The killstreaks are better than MW2 in the sense that they dont allow a player to completely dominate a game because of their killstreaks.

Overall, I still prefer MW2 over this game.

I like the customization more on this one than the others. The graphics might not be as good as mw2 but still not bad. Still trying to figure out which guns and perks i like the best. For now its the:
    Primary - Galil
    Secondary - Revolver
I'll probably try out some zombies tonight or some time this weekend. Feel free to add me on the PSN camdan

I am gonna give the Galil a shot today. I am using the Aug with a silencer and red dot alot. Ghost and Ninja along with that combo gun are just plain nasty :D

Oh, a friend told me about putting a little sticky on the center of your screen where your dot is. Anybody done this? Do you think it is cheating?

No... If that's what you gotta do so that you know where you are shooting then so be it. I'll still kill you dead! lol

I've never heard of the dot in the center, but now that you say that I will think everyone is using that (when I'm having a bad game)

I've heard of folks using that so they could no-scope better with the sniper rifles. Personally I'd rather play without any of those adders.
