    I know, i wanted a KX125 as my first bike. dad got me a honda. they kinda grew on me :cool: i want a KXF 450 tho. those things ride sooooo good. my friend has one.

    That shifter shot was with the 50mm right???

    No way the kit is going to do that that close. I have that lens and if you tell me you got that kind of shot with the kit, im returning mine... or taking more lessons...haha

    Please explain. It only goes to what??? 3.5??? 5.6 at the end???

    I can take that pic and then make it look like that in photoshop, but not straight from the lens.

    I would like to see the same shot taken with the kit lens at 50mm. I bet it wont look like that...

    Are you talking about DOF?

    If you take a look at a DOF calculator you can see that the kit lens @50mm at the MFD of 1.1' and f/5.6 has a near limit of 1.09' and a far limit of 1.11' a total of .03' in focus
    the 50mm f/1.8 at the MFD of 1.5' and f/1.8 has a near limit of 1.49' and a far limit of 1.51' a total of .02' in focus. Nearly the same.

    Its as you get further away that the larger aperture lens makes a big difference

    Wow guys, having two expensive hobbies suck ass,

    I want to buy two flashes/strobes & the 18-135 but i also need new bars,oil change, and new levers, chain lube, and new boots WTF :(
