I used to avoid pulling stuff and then spend 10x as long trying to work around it. Now I just yank it and hope I can get it back together.

Sounds like @Empty_Lord knows the actual right tool for the job though.

    90W is solid.

I use a Weller gun for automotive stuff here. Its 140 watts and heats up nice and quick. Not quite the 250W Dad had, but good enough for most things. I have to get out a torch for big terminals and stuff.

I wonder what kind of tips that Milwaukee takes.

I never actually looked it up. Just seen them at Home Depot. If it actually puts out what Milwaukee claims it would be a good investment.

I wouldn't worry about the wheel. But also I'm no expert, I just run them if they aren't bent/cracked and can still be balanced. You can find a million of that specific style alloy wheel at a yard so you won't be out much if it's damaged.

    You must be much quicker.

I wasted a decent bit of time walking between underneath the trailer and the garage for odds and ends too

Mine too. 'Buy the best thing you can afford' was his theory. And that's why I have a grinder older than me.

Its okey. Most people are weak at electrical, Crazy how many guys in my trade just don’t understand it or are afraid of it. . Even some licensed electricians ive worked with still dont get it..
