My son and future daughter-in-law got it for their house. She painted the wall then had to ‘touch up’ a few spots. We could noticeably see every touch up and had to repaint entire wall.
That said, it is Lowe’s paint!

I just had a room painted and needed some areas touched up where the drywall compound cracked (not sure why it did though, wasnt moisture) in the laucry room and living room. Touched up perfectly, cant even tell. Thats why I ONLY use Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams.

not sure what they used on my house but you so much as look at the wall and it has a dirty spot, tried touching up some small scuffs and now it looks like I'll be painting entire walls before we sell in the future. frustrating as hell.

    Working on it ...
My older son just bought a house built in 1907. We are pretty much renovating the house as well I can imagine there is plenty to be doing.

Some before and during Pictures. No after pictures yet as it is still a work in progress. Still need to pull all the subflooring and replace joists and headers in the basement.

I repainted this weekend also...the original paint was what came with the house when we bought, but we were tired of it. My wife wanted to redo her office/workout room and I wanted to redo the game room....In the end we swapped rooms altogether. the wife's wants to add a geomtric accent wall to one of the walls, but. here is the before and after pics. will update when completely finished.

This is the original office color:

This is the new game room color (Behr: Dark Storm Cloud) :

This is the new office color ( Behr: Blueprint): ( the picture makes the two colors look the same, but they are different, this one is a darker blue than the game room)

I HAVE to get involved with choosing the colors or who knows what my wife will pick out if left on her own. She wanted the front door painted yellow. Our siding is a darker blue-grey so I pictured a nice sticky note yellow.

She wanted highlighter yellow. I talked her out of that and she loves the front door.

    THAT SAID.

My sister-in-law was staying with us a few years ago for Thanksgiving so I ever so conveniently was busy painting my son's room. I let him pick the color, thinking it was going to be just an accent wall. Nope. He wanted the entire room done. So what does a 10 year old pick out? The fucking brightest, retina burning orange they can find.

He kept it like that for about 3 years or so then wanted it painted again. Ultimately we went back to what it was (it's more grey and less beige than the picture shows), with the addition of the darker accent wall.

About 2 weeks later, I realized that I had inadvertently chosen the same color for his accent wall as the interior designer had chosen for the tray ceiling in my bedroom.

We're going to paint our house a dark grey (medium dark) and my fiance wants to paint the front door pink. She painted her office pink and it was aweful. She picked a color that, when on the wall, was like pepto bismol. Luckily she hated it and put on a shade that is very subtle pale pink. Not eye searing like the first round. I'm very worried about what shade she wants to do the front door in...

It’s pretty funny that me, complete lack of style and such, has proven my wife wrong on multi occasions when it comes to color selection for the walls hahaha

So does gas, old habits are hard to break! I know I should do something more environmentally friendly.

Does this AC schedule look like “normal” temps? One of my friends who is an HVAC tech said that he was “taken aback”by the temps.

Looks like it’s set pretty low to me. Maybe you need better insulation. My settings keep the house pretty cold actually.
