I agree it is cheaper to rattle can them but I dont want to have to mess with touch ups/repainting the whole wheels. I'd rather get a good durable powder coat and not have to worry about it. IMO

depends on what you are doing. i never got a scratch in normal driving and only got messed up when being gouged on rocks.

I've seen varying prices on here from $30 a wheel to $100. And this powder coating shop is only 20min from my house. Plus I have seen alot of his work first hand and they do and excellent job and no one had anything bad to say about there powder coating. And the next closest one is over and hour and half away and they wanted to charge me about the same. But it all depends on your area.

Very true. I painted my GMC emblem on the grill of mine sonoma and i used a plastic adhesive primer and flat black and it lasted for over 2yrs before it started flaking off mostly due to high speed hits from bugs and rocks. But to each their own.

Those are nice. Did you get the hub caps done too? I have to find a place by me in cali to do mine. How long did it take for them to powder coat?

Correct u have to have the center caps painted. I'm still looking for a body shop that isn't swamped with work due to the snow abundant winter were having. I'm just glad my Toyota isn't my daily driver took them 2 months to do my wheels they had to redo them twice due to a bad batch of clearcoat.
