    I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure that's not how it works. TW is their jurisdiction and they can see EVERYTHING!!!

    We had a tree on our property fall down last week and called 1 guy who came out same day for a quote. Decided to call our neighbors to see if they had any recommendations since they've had tree work recently and received no call back from either of their recommendations :frusty: that's a painful cost to have last minute.

    As for our house we're buying there's just a lack of communication from everyone. Example, there's a septic lid repair that we'll need to handle and she's basically like I can get you the name of the company to call about it. Umm, seriously? Wtf am I paying you for? Certainly not a few docusigns. I keep having to repeat myself on items over and over again and finally just hit my breaking point. Sign the final amendment and let's just all be done with this already.

    Sounds just like here. At our old house we looked into having a rock stairway built from the street up to the house since the driveway was so ridiculously steep. Had three contractors come out to bid. All but one were late to the appointments (one almost an hour late). One got us a bid right away but was six months out to actually do the job. One we had to hound for a month just to see his bid and the third ghosted us completely. Our realtor pulled some of the same stuff with us with trying to just give of contact info. We finally had to point out that we already had full time jobs and hers was to handle thing for US!

    :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    Nah! @Pinay is cool and you've always been alright too.

    Yep, I think our realtor has slowly and painfully towards the end gotten the hint. On the positive side I believe most of the issues comes from the sellers realtor, but still. My last phone call with our realtor basically started out with me telling her that I was pissed off about the other realtors response to our request for repairs and how she took a jab at us saying that we'd be making money on this house with the deal they've given us. Umm, no bitch. All this means is we're bringing shit to code and if/when we sell we aren't having to negotiate out repairs like they are. I took a little jab in my email back to them to make me feel a little better. The sellers are really nice people but boy their agent is a dumbass.

    I love cartoons, sometimes I watch them after the kids are in bed just because I've gotten used to watching them again the past 8+ years :D
