Very nice trucks all the way through. Here's mine in a fire road the day after I bought it. Fantastic off-road, obviously.

Oh you guys might get a kick outta this one. Here’s last December on an icey -9 degree day in the mountains.

btw that pic I posted a couple replies up is more recent and the only repair I needed was an alignment. These trucks are tough as hell, man

I took off the chrome bumper caps, and put silver ones on, and de-badged the chrome ‘tacoma’ and ‘v6’ badges. Step by step, taking my time. It will eventually be where I want it to be. Getting all windows tinted in a couple days.

Honestly, I don’t know if I’ll keep the silver bumper caps on it or not, as I may just go with the black Toyota plastic caps, in hopes of matching the fender flare trim and center of rear bumper step insert.

Ooooh I really like that bumper. I love my Demello Off-road bumper but wish I knew about the bumper you got cuz I definitely would have considered getting that one instead. How heavy is it?

Well SSO website lists the Slimline (Stage 1) is 35-40 lbs. over what is removed. The Stage 2 "wings" are listed at 13 lbs. per wing. I guesstimated it's about 80 lbs. total, but don't know exactly. I went to a semi-local member to do the swapped my stock silver bumper piece and fender flares for the members cut bumper and fender flare pieces plus the SSO Stage 1+2 hybrid slimline bumper. Didn't take the time to pull a weight:p.

I chalk it up to about 67 lbs. over stock front end. The deal also included a set of C4 bumper reinforcement mounts that I haven't attached, but will toss them on the scale before install to add it to the gross/net weight increase equation:rofl:

Your rig is looking good man. I'm hoping to have a similar setup in the not too distant future.
Are those 4 Runner running boards?
Would you happen to have the part number for them?
    Thanks.

Part number PT212-35055 I bought them from BAM wholesale parts for $270. If you were in SoCal I'd sell them to you for 100 bucks, cause my sliders just came in and these won't hold up to abuse. More than likely they will say they won't fit a 3rd gen tacoma, but they will with some minor opening of the drivers side front mount, but again that could be my luck that I had to open up the hole by about an 1/8 to fit. I was only the one mount too.

    Awesome, thank you.
I would take you up on your used ones but they're on the wrong coast.
Good luck with your new sliders!

Are you checking to see if doing a CMC on the Komatsu will let you go up a couple of tire sizes on it? :D

Took the truck camping then detailed it after we got back. First time I’ve used clay bar and wax in this truck. 7032E7EC-D782-40A1-BC95-27599BD34FD9.jpg82769329-D512-47FF-973E-DD38C282584E.jpgB04D2CF5-D45E-428E-9C50-71FD4B95B051.jpg
