Might work. Seems like when you get them, they're all nice and perfect fit. But they deform after a while. Letting them heat in the sun and then re-installing might help-make sure you try and work the curls out before taking them out of the sun.

Back in 2000, when I first went to Montana, I was stoked about it. but it's a novelty, really. I'd rather have an Alaskan Amber. Or a New Castle Brown. Or a Downtown Brown. So many that are better.

 

I was thinking a heat gun, used carefully.

 

Downtown Brown is where it’s at.

 

Alaskan has a number of really good beers. Including their Smoked Porter but that should be the last you drink for the day though.

Moose Droop is OK, like drinking a Bud or Coors.

I usually pair it with chicken and waffles or custard filled French toast.

That’s a pretty ugly tear out.

if you know someone with a lathe, I’d use a hole saw to cut out a 1” to 1.5” diameter hole to get clean edges and have the friend machine a slightly oversized (a few thousands is enough) plug with a 1/8” thick flange and a center hole tapped to correct threads. Tap it in using the flange as a stop an means to keep it perpendicular. Then get someone to run a weld bead around the flange. The rear of your skid plate will sit an 1/8” lower but doubt if anyone will notice.

 

It's one long piece crossmember that supports the mount for the LCA's. Looks like a royal PITA to remove.

WeatherTech I believe are lifetime. My buddy had the same "curling" issue, he called them and they sent new ones to him. Might be worth a call

I've got WeatherTech liners in mine, and they're curling up all over the place. I put Husky liners in @OneGiraffe's Mall Crawler and I like them a lot more!

 

I had Husky liners in my 4Runner and really liked them.

 

If WT did that, screw leaving them in the sun!
