curious to see how many of you guys/girls play or played an instrument?


im currently learning the drums!!!! i suck though

 

Trumpet (or pretty much any brass instrument), guitar, a little piano...

 

Banjo - Bluegrass Style

 

bass guitar...everyone wanted to play the guitar in high school so i i figured id be a bass player

but really, Im a DJ... turntables are my musical instrument. Back in mid/highschool I played trumpet and baritone.

 

Stereo, I play a mean stereo, AM, FM, CD, Sat, I'm still learning the MP3.

Violin (for the last 17 years), im the concertmaster at a local orchestra, also play Viola, and some guitar (not a hero hehe)

My father was a music teacher, band director and could play any brass instrument you put in his hand. I didn't get those genes. At playing musical instruments, I fail.

 

Played the Trumpet back in MS/HS, I haven't picked one up in over 8 years. I played a little viola when I was very young.

 

9 years guitar, 6 years drums...wished I could have learned more too but time flies by..

started drums freshman year in highschool- beginning band and marching band. never played before.

by senior year i was in concert band, concert orchestra, marching band, theater band, pep band, some jazz band. I was squad leader in all bands as well as band board president (i know, nerd, right)

Since senior year i really only play the set once in a while at home, or just jam with a buddy on his guitar. lost a TON of knowledge and I hate it. Senior year I was even playing the marimba (big xylophone ) with 4 mallets and playing a 5 set timpani with songs that changed notes like women change their minds.

I do miss it.

Learning guitar. I play a strat. Sunburst with a pearl pick guard, pics if someone wants 'em. I just started Today actually. Had a guitar for years and finally decided to get my friend to teach me how to play.
