    Because it takes a long time to achieve and in some rates (jobs) it's damn near impossible.

    Congrats Chief!! I wanted to be a diver but the recruiter told me I had too many tooth fillings and all my teeth would have to be pulled. 38 years later I'm wondering if that recruiter had lied to me (lol).
