Yep. I'm doing my job and they want to point out things or ask why I'm doing something. It's one thing if I'm helping them learn, but this is not the case. Why am I doing it this way? Cuz. I. Can

There is one other guy out here in the shop, he can weld but doesn't know what he's doing. I've been out here with him for 25 years, been welding for 35 years. Last week he ask me to weld a part for him and proceeded to tell me how to control the heat and where it needed to be tacked to keep it from warping. I looked at him and ask "if you know how, why don't you do it, you want me to do it? Let me do it". I think the heat out here is making me more angry than I really am.

    Long overdue...
Crippled's Crappy Tech Tips: instead of using fuel that could potentially clog a carburetor, keep spraying starter fluid into the intake. It will increase power and longevity.
: detonation is only your engine's attempt to run more efficiently

I'm not going to answer that question, but also didn't want to seem like I am ignoring you either. I will address this a little bit. Some things are kept on the Staff side of things, where some Staff members in the past struggled with. This only starts animosity with other members/staff/dumpster fires/etc.

It was dealt with and a staffer lost a badge...if you haven't noticed yet.

We don't ban people on TW we don't like for no reason. If that were true, if being honest... you would have been gone a long time ago. Even before my time on TW.

Not sure why @Crow_of_judgement and @six5creed deleted the posts before me. My guess is to make me look like a dick. Nice try.
