Off topic, but I might not have been paying as much attention as I should have when I placed the order but I noticed they sell an install tool... is that needed? also with only 8k miles is a new seal needed?

TRD emblems, tinted windows, OEM running boards, AVS vent shades, RMAS upgrade, LED lights in front and rear, interior LED lighting upgrade, LED lighting in bed, touch control dash mount for LED lighting, auxillary 12v and USB jacks in bed, replace all speakers with Infinity, custom mod with Bose tweeters, TRD Pro illumination mod...
I replaced the front turn signals with regular amber LED bulbs but had to install the resistors to eliminate the hyper flashing. Cost was reasonable, just need to do a little tapping into the existing wires.

Brightness wise, how are they? I was looking at getting Diode Dynamics LED turn signals which have different brightnesses around the same range and brighter than these.

My mistake, I understood the price to be per door, not all 4x doors. But if one owns an access cab like I do I don't see pricing just for 2x front units.

I have them along with the MESO Turn Signal Mirrors and the Triton Switchbacks and no resistors. They don't hyperflash in any situation.

They are definitely really bright. I don't think that it is any worse than some high end European cars though. The way I look at it is that it is an alert that should grab your attention and let you know that I am turning. Safety first :p

They are considerable brighter than the OEM incandescent bulb but not blinding and now they mach the flashing cycle as the LED sequential LED lighting I installed in my mirrors. Note: driver's side done in this pic to compare to OEM on the passenger side.
I did the tail lights as well and needed the resistors also.

Agreed that was my thinking. I was going to go with similar brightness for the brake lights as well. I like my truck bright and surprisingly I've noticed that people dont even seem to mind the amber lights on my light bars being on.

Yeah thats part of my motivation to change them. The slight out of sync drives me nuts every time I see the reflection of them

Just called my wrap buddy and asked him if he did window tinting. He said he never did but was willing to give it a try. Just ordered a set of ceramics for the front doors. Will post pics if we git-er-done.

Chances are high, If you contact KTJO, she may sell it with half of the components, so possibly half the price.
If so, $34 for the front doors sound like a good deal.

I wasn't interested in it before, but the more I look at it, the more I want it. Now it's in my cart, really undecided on the colors.

It is so simple, you could take like 2 minutes per door.
No need to unscrew or unbolt anything, just shimmy the wire down and connect.

Perhaps I will contact her. I purchased the Pop-n-Lock for my tailgate from her. Was happy with that product.
