I looked at Brian’s traction board from Stony last year, and I melted a third of it off! Lol

hence why I don't correct everything, or even do everything correct in my own posts.

I most often am on TW on a PC, therefore autocorrect doesn't play a part, but in all of typing/learning it needed to be as mistake free as I could make it. again, simply a topic of effort.

we just supposed to be horridly stupid/lazy because we are on a forum?

Lol, have you ever thought it may not be a lack of effort? It may be the person may just not know any better. Ever think how you make some one feel calling them out on a public forum on something they may not know on something that does not matter anyway?
That is why I feel the way I do. I don't want to make someone feel bad just because they make a mistake I understand anyway, that's just my thoughts.

that's why I say there are "levels" lol.

I'm not going to correct somebody on "who" and "whom" usage, or general mistakes that are obviously autocorrect or a missed comma or something.

but have you ever thought maybe correcting someone should be looked at as a "teaching moment" instead of an insult or "call out"? maybe it's, hey maybe you don't know this so I wanted to inform you so that the next time you use it you can be correct.

So why judge on levels, a mistake is a mistake? You have never, that I have seen said "hey maybe you don't know this so I wanted to inform you so that the next time you use it you can be correct". You have always did it in a condescending way, lol
To me someone pointing out others mistakes bothers me far more than the mistake.

I don't want to type that every time lol. I'm saying the way you read into it might be wrong. You may see

as condescending. whereas I might see it as teaching.

you should/would know if I'm being condescending.

I could've been to @Brian422 earlier for posting a meme with a typo "ugh why would you post that so stupid don't you know there's a typo bleh"

but I said it was funny, because it was, but that the maker of the meme should've put more effort..
