    These don’t come out until Sept. So I’m sure those accessories features will be sorted out just like the version 1 of the Desert Warrior. Their full size version of Alpha which has been out for a while has great ratings and lots of review videos. Roofnest also has the Condor and obviously the Ikamper mini which DA warrior competes. It good to have all these options for the consumer which helps competitiveness. The Ikamper mini you can get for $2799 using the REI coupons.

    Yep. I agree. Lots of options out there.

    The consumer gets the joys of comparing specs to specs. I know I have. In fact this will be my 3rd different company tent in the last year. And will be my last tent I’ll own, I’m that sure of the way the owners have set up their tents.

    Also, I will give honest reviews of anything I’ve used or seen.

    It does look great. I have one on order and can't wait to get it...and cooler temps to use it. :) Is that a voo doo/max mod rack? If so, did you mount the tent on the 2 top bars? I've got the 10" aluminum rack and wonder if I need another mounting point besides the 2 top bars that came with the rack.

    Yea this is a KB Voodoo 10” rack. I ended up attaching the tent to all 4 bars on top of the rack. I didn’t use the clamp style attachments that came with the tent, but used the T bolts and drilled 8 holes in the rack to bolt directly through the bars. You may not need to do this and the supplied attachment hardware might work just fine, but I thought this would be more secure. But if you do go the same route I did, the aluminum rack should be pretty easy to drill

    Thank you for the reply. For clarification, you mounted to 4 top bars (you bought 2 extra)? OR mounted to crossbar sections and 2 top bars? I'm sure this will make more sense for me when I get the tent. Trying to get ahead of this before it arrives and IF I need to order more top bars. Any pics of the rack loaded up with rtt and supplies? May steal some ideas. :) Thanks again.
