age? Weigh? Height? And this sounds weird, but how do you sleep? Pillows will jack up your back. Ask me how I know ;)

I have good pillows, and I have a 2 year old Purple mattress, so neither of those should be the issue. I really don’t know how I sleep lol. I usually fall asleep on my back but I wake up in numerous positions. Once I start moving in the morning I loosen up and the pain stops but I never had this problem before except when we go up to my girlfriends moms And she has a super shitty bed that always fucks me up.

the bed is FANTASTIC!! My girlfriend has one and I sleep like a baby. Reason I asked is because I recently found out I am a side sleeper and I had a back sleeper pillow. I woke up every so often with a jacked up back. I swapped to a good side sleeper pillow and that fixed my problems. Pay attention to how you wake up and see if it’s consistent.

I hope it’s something that simple. I never knew there were different pillows until a month ago

I tried out like 3 different pillows before I settled on the one I bought. They certainly make a difference. I’m hoping it’s just been my laziness, and that I’ve been sitting much more than I had been. I’m back working out again and focusing more on mobility because my tall ass is not flexible at all. Hoping that’s all it takes for this particular pain lol

Pillows are so overlooked it's amazing. My wife loves the memory foam contoured pillow I got her in 2004 when her chronic back issues really kicked in.

    Sitting all day kills.

I got a big exercise ball to sit on to help with my ab injury. My posture sucks and that thing helps me not slump as much.

I’ve been focused on upping my mileage the last couple weeks for marathon training. I’ve increased miles way more than whats recommended so I’ve been trying to be extra aware of any sign from my body I need to back off.

The last couple days I’ve had more lower leg soreness than normal. Yesterday the first mile of my run I was getting some shin pain. I’ve also been achy and stiff in the mornings.

Decided last night to sleep in and not run this morning to play it safe.

I woke up feeling great, no sorness, and would totally be fine running.

    Wtf? Stupid body.

Built this bad boy during some time off for COVID. Still waiting on more weights and a bench (ordered 3 months ago)...for this space I had to build a shed out back to hold all my crap to fit this gym in the garage. Unfortunately my Taco doesn't fit in the garage anymore because of it.

Garage/home gym dudes check this out. Simple way of getting cold air. Cooler, fan, and some dryer duct. Add ice and see if it helps.

I have a mini-industrial type fan at the back of the garage up top that puts a good breeze out. Should hook it up to this cooler setup haha
