I was going more for the joke that it's 2020, so continue to pile on this shitshow vs sarcasm against a lockdown, but you do you.

I got the joke. I was merely implying that it’ll receive hype because of covid, when it’s not a big deal at all.

ALL I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT PREVENTING BUBONIC PLAGUE
    - Don’t eat uncooked prairie dogs, marmots, ground hogs, squirrels, or chipmunks
    - Don’t let them run around crapping in your house

Seems pretty easy. But Mongolia didn’t get THAT memo.

I need a small printer to fit in a specific space and found this one on Amazon. It was the lowest cost and shortest shipping (10-14 days), so I bought it this morning. An hour later I go back in to check the specs and see the exact same printer listed for approximately $100 less! So I go to cancel the first order but the status had changed to Ship, even though it stated it would be 10-14 days. Of course it hasn't really shipped but they made it seem like it did. Emailed them and said cancel the order, then went back and bought the cheaper one. That's a crazy price swing in the course of an hour!

I saw that, but that listing wasn't there when I placed the initial order an hour before. Could just be a timing thing vs something nefarious. Either way, glad I saw it.

I've been buying through Amazon for many years and have never had a bad experience. Even through third party sellers.

And the more you shop for something them more likely the price is going to go up. Had that happen to me a couple of times. The best way to browse Amazon is in private mode and not logged in. That way when you do sign in to buy something they won't present you with the jacked up price.

Weve been pretty lucky too. I've returned a few things, but with Prime it's no sweat. As soon as the UPS driver scans it in, boom, the money is credited to our account.

Same thing I've noticed, and do, with travel reservations through any of the usual third party brokers (Travelocity, Priceline et al). Cookies are the best, and worst, thing about the interwebs!

The first thing I learned when I started to ride was that you steer with the front wheel so it should always be in contact with the pavement.

The second thing I learned know your limitations.

Looks like this guy just learned these the hard way.
