I gave up. If I change my mind and decide to go for it it will be a 2 door, black diamond, sasquatch, manual.

Nice. I need to understand the models better. I really would like one, but I would want a 2 door. The wife would want a 4 door depending on the rear seat size. If the interior is similar to the original model, then a 2dr would be great.

But it’s a twin twerbo so it makes 310hp lol. Still, can’t have a Bronco with less than 8 cyl

The 2.7 is a twin turbo V6, in case you arent familiar with Ford motors. Its incredibly potent, even in the F150 it can almost be described as fast. Its quite surprising.

I’m just old school and like “there’s no replacement for displacement” thinking small motors are for ricers and lawn mowers. I’ll admit they are getting good at making power out of small motors, but low end torque is still to be desired from them

    Coming from a guy with a V6 :p

JK, speaking of displacement. If people havent been following along, Ive gotten the LS for the Blazer and started tearing down/cleaning/ordering parts for it. I have everything to complete my swap but the radiator fans and clutch linkage.

Long story short, no. Long story medium, I decided to jump straight into an LS swap so I gave up on figuring out the carb. Long story kinda long, Id still like to get it resolved because I should be able to sell the whole drivetrain out of it since its in (almost) good running driving condition.

Its currently just parked at an outdoor storage facility parking spot because I sold my house. If you could work on it Id gladly leave it with you for any amount of time that might take. It gets around town just fine, its only highway speeds where it wont cruise.

If anyone is in flagstaff on Saturday, I’ll be headed out to the cinders for an hour or two around noon.
