Yes, but 'Murcian so...Mt Forest, I'm either just south of Sarnia mostly. Other times in Brampton.

I am retired. My wife’s family is here so we spend summers helping with her elderly father and hiding from Miami COVID rage right now.

So you made it up before the border closure then?

We crossed at midnight on 18 March. Spent three hours at secondary while they tore the truck apart. They said we were the last to cross before the border closed.

I'm hoping to provide some feedback on what life is like without the accumulator once I actually get my act together and get it done. It's the next significant mod on my list but the one I'm least comfortable attempting so it sits in the box mocking me when I walk past.

Hey guys im new to Tw and the tacoma community. Still dont have the truck tho since i have to wait for the 2021 model year. Any one here had trouble getting their truck or had to wait a long time?
I was trying to get a 2020 6M pro in white or green but had no luck now stuck waiting for the 2021 to come out to get my super white.
    This wait is killing me

I waited 6mo for my 6MT Pro back in 2016 since Toyota doesn’t allow you to order a vehicle, they only allocate to each dealer. Ended up finding it in TX too.

It can feel like you’re looking for a needle in a hay stack, but it’s well worth the wait.

If your dealer is willing to work, they can find another dealer to trade one of their allocations for the truck you are looking for. Most dealers are to lazy to want to work for you. I went shopping for a 2020 AG Pro my dealer already had their allotment for the year but traded a AG 4R they had coming in for my 20 taco and i had it in 3 weeks. So if one dealer is not willing to work go to a different one and try them......

Im up in canada and there are maybe about 100 pros all together with the manual that are shipped up here a year (this is what my dealer told me) but from searching for the last 3 months i can kinda believe them. So im going for the rare of the rare. Im just hoping that i get it before winter comes or ill have to drive my old rusty ranger for one more

My dealer has been looking every week but all the last manual pros where sold before they could get one. There were only 5 left in canada one green 3 white and one black but they were pre sold so no dice

Took 2 months to get my 17 MT. It’s well worth the wait to get the truck you want.

Haven't been into this thread in a while but figured I'd stop by to brag how much I love my MT in this truck. Wednesday through saturday the GF and I went on a road/camping trip from Fort Collins to the Black Hills with a pit stop at the Devil's Tower. If anyone is familiar with the upper stretches of I-25 and a good chunk of I-90 between Wyoming and SD, you'll know that much of it is 80 mph and there is definitely some decent hills. With the bed loaded down with camping gear as well as the whole back seat (we don't exactly camp light) I was still able to pull 80-85 up those hills while I just left 'er in 4th and it was glorious. MPG's weren't the best but definitely not the worst at about 16 while travelling those 80 mph stretches while I was driving. The lady drove us home from Rapid City on 85 where it was a 70 mph limit and squeezed out 18 (and it was her first time driving a stick more than across town so ~6 hours good for her!). Drove it to work yesterday and today and filled up and for the 150 ish miles since that fill up I've been at about 21. Oh and that's all with a lift and 285/70/17's. I love this damn truck so much. Oh and recently picked up another jiggler vehicle that I can share if you guys don't bust my balls for it too much.

The ones that come with that jiggly stick in the middle to go faster instead of those ones that shift on their own I've heard rumors about. (manual trans and I'm not as funny as think)

I have probably asked this on here before, but has any of the 3rd gen'rs got the dreaded TOB chirp. Believe they may have changed the design to eliminate this, but cant find that thread/post now. I am half tempted to trade mine in if they have, as all the fixes for the chirp seem short lived. I am also half tempted to just live with it, as i havent really seen any failures from it. Seen some guys running a chirping TOB close to 300k. Mine is also damn near paid off and i have done a ton of crap to it: 2lo, Pro Shocks/Springs, AAL, Bags w/cradles, steel bumper w/winch, etc, etc... Plus hard to part with that 4.0
