    Correct. The issue is the front rack mounting points (only sunroof vehicles) are located right where the dome light is. So it needs to be removed and relocated down to the rack. Which is ok because the rack would be blocking it anyway. So I designed a spacer, and cutout holes for it to snap in.

    Haha. I’ve thought about it before, just wanted to get the sunroof and regular hex rack done and ready. After that we can start making add ons/options/etc. If you can’t fit enough gear on these 2 panels you might as well just get a trailer :rofl:

    For the folks having issues installing this is what I did and what worked for me. Hope this is helpful and you get that sweet rack installed. :cool: If something isn’t clear let me know and I’ll try to explain better.

    This is the tool I got. It’s from Amazon. I got it because I honestly didn’t read the instructions until after I bought it... :p



    What I did was I loosened the center bolt to be able to reach the nut. At first I did change the top part that’s interchangeable to the next size so that it would let the bolt part come out a bit further out more to reach the riv nut.



    Then as I was tightening I loosen the top part in order to be able to crush the riv nut more and have a tighter fit.



    After I did this with all four. They were still a bit loose and had some play but once I put the rack on I was able to tighten it more and violá!



    Hope this helps and it isn’t too late!
