I think it looks cool but It’s the wife’s turn for a car... lol maybe it’ll get Toyota to bring back the FJ Cruiser.

I'm thinking that the 2dr with all the options and accessories the one people want, is going to be priced at the 100,000 and up range once they are on dealer lots.

That’s what I’m waiting on is actual pricing and to see it and see how it “feels” I’ve had my truck almost 10 years so it’s hard to let it go. I don’t need it but it sure would be nice

I think that’s the way to go. Hoping it’s under $37k all said and done. Remaining optimistic!

I was in on a Base with Sasquatch package until I discovered that you cannot have the Manual Transmission with the Sasquatch package...I'm out until they fix that....why in the world would you eliminate the most off road capable combination....it kinda defeats the purpose of the crawl gear 95:1 ratio.....I have a feeling this will be fixed pretty quickly....

It seems like as years go by the superiority of Toyota reliability gets less and less.

Go back to the 80s and the difference was huge
    Bronco 2 vs 85 4runner...

I reserved a 2dr Black Diamond. I'll be keeping the Tacoma so it's more of a compliment to it than replacing it.
The Badlands is pretty loaded even without the squatch package. It has the upgraded front axle, lower gears, front locker, upgraded suspension in the base price, so you may not even need to upgrade.

Badlands 2dr starts at $42K and the 4dr at $44.5K. Plus destination charge, etc.

I’m digging it, but I feel like they shot themselves in the foot with the motor. An inline 4 turbo or a turbo 6? While the Rubicon just offered a hemi? Drop a Coyote motor in the Bronco, then we’ll talk. My dad had a Bronco when I was little. I still remember the tank rumbling through anything Mother Nature could throw at it. I know engines have come a long way since then, but when I think of a Bronco, I think of a V8. (Side note, he traded it in for a 1st Gen Tacoma when they first came out). Not entirely relevant, but this IS Tacoma World

I agree. They got nearly everything else right, they must have enthusiasts/surveys/focus groups and they would all be saying the same thing. 5.0 and 7 speed manual. It baffles me how every car maker doesn’t just give people the version they want.

No way. Maybe in 10-15 years if the ecoboost proves to be reliable. Otherwise, no. I just don’t trust Ford.

I think Ford did a great job on style. Obviously only time will tell if they did all their home work. I’ve owned/own a few 1st year runs 1998.5 super duty (July sold) 2018 Raptor (ya ya but it was a Sept 17 delivery) and the 2016 taco. Love them all with zero issues. Yes I wish the Tacoma didn’t hit 4th on a flat road but every woman has a flaw.
