I've heard nothing but great things with @ZUK, but never used him.

I've used Sierra Expedition a couple of times for Suspension related stuff, so I'd highly recommend them for Suspension. Wil is awesome to deal with and you can even supply your own parts. They don't have inhouse alignment capabilities, but they deal with getting it to into the alignment shop before you pick it up.

I've used Arizona Driveline for the rear driveshaft, and highly recommend them as well as others in here recommend them as well.

Zuk was great. He had his side of it all done in about 2 days. He gave me updates with pics the whole time. He definitely enjoys his work and is proud of what he does. I'd definitely recommend him.

Yes, mainly Arizona highways but I'm thinking of buying a 20 feet camper to pool up to Flagstaff. I'm 90% sure that I'm going to stay on 33's. The math says that on 2nd gen 4.10 gets you back to stock. I think even 4.56 differential will be to high RPM. I don't know.

Are you talking about Arizona Driveshaft on 310 E Southern Ave, Mesa, AZ 85210?

4.30 is a good compromise because 4.10 still will feel bogged down.

That seems about the right address to be them. On Southern just East of Center.

I loved my 4.56 with 33’s. Plenty of power and not too bad on the highways. They also still work good if you ever go to a slightly larger tire.

Do you feel that you have to high RPM on highway? Are you comfortable doing 75mph on cruise? Do you have a average mpg? If you had to do it again will you stay with 4.56 or maybe do a 4.27?

I have a supercharger so I do have some extra power and my mpg’s probably won’t be relevant. But if I remember correctly hwy rpm was around 2700-2800 at 75-85ish. (I’ve gone bigger tires since and don’t remember exactly) If I remember mpg’s they were around 15.5-16, but again I have the supercharger so probably irrelevant.

Would I do it again with 33’s absolutely. 35’s need 4.88, and bigger needs 5.29 gearing. I’m waiting for stuff to break so I can go to 5.29

I used Arizona Differential LLC by Nate. I decided to go with 4.56 Yukon. $1450 out the door.

    Zuk ftw!

For another perspective, I have 1st gen V6 auto, 4.10s and 33s. Thing was gutless going up any grade. Added boost and it was much better, but I knew ultimately all of it had to go through the transmission. 4.10, auto and turbo felt great and could easily spin the tire.

Today I put a 4.56 rear diff in and it was very noticeable. Truck accelerates very easy without spooling the turbo as much. If i was N/a i would probably consider this option, but 4.30 would be a little better on highway.

So I tossed some 35s on it and feels great now. Little quicker than the 4.10/33s, and not as quick as the 4.56/33s. Very happy overall. Now I need to slap the front diff in and clearance the wheel wells.

Zuk is always a good choice but I would strongly recommend @state48overland and AZ Toy Pros. The customer service alone is worth using them but they are also full service for all of your parts, modification, service, etc. needs and can also pull the 3rd members for you.

Edit: Also, if you are in a 3rd gen AT, just the the 5.29s.
