Nice work. I'm curious to hear your definition of "broke". As in collapsed a spring/strut, or legit snapped something?

 

Finally finished them up and I'm happy with it. I couldn't find any black bolts so I just used the rustoleum plasti dip stuff and it worked better than expected.

He works with a suspension company in PA and offers 4+1 Medium Duty (2.75" lift), 4+1HD and 5+1HD leaf packs. US made with US materials. Pads and spacers pre-installed and I've yet to hear a squeak out of them; also no driveline issues w/ the minimal rear lift. 90% empty bed, 10% loaded (sometimes with 1200+lbs); truck rides great throughout the load range. $650-750

 

It's a little darker and more metallic in person but I really like the way it came out.

I don't know if I would of bought it, if it was a fake TX. Most likely it was, but I can't say for sure.

Is there a way to tell if it was real just by looking at it?

Under the dealer install options it says TX/Baja package.

 

I plugged in the VIN and you’re right, it was lol. Well damn, I stand corrected. Quite a bit of things didn’t add up honestly.

 

I thought on the TX model it has a TX sticker on the truck bed panel not the Off Road sticker. The previous owner must of taken off the Baja stickers.

That truck was confusing to look at.
