Yeah it came with that TX sticker on the bedside closer to the taillights. The larger graphics were standard on the 2012’s, then an option on the 2013-2014. The previous owner for some reason liked the TRD Off Road sticker better and then had a fetish for other stickers and badges lol. The rear shocks were confusing as well. Oh well, not your problem to deal with though

It save me a lot of time ripping off all those stickers now that it's gone.

What about the 2015, did they had the stickers as a option?

No TX PRO or TX Baja in '15. '15 Was the year the TRD PRO came out.

I strongly believe that when the vin on the tx Baja is entered, it will just come up as a off-road. Nothing will pop up on a vin check stating tx or Baja.

Blackout is no longer a member on here unfortunately. He did a cool write up years back about getting rear Tundra shocks from King to fit on the rear of these 2nd gen trucks. The week before I installed mine, he had tcBob deactivate his account and delete all of his posts haha
It hurt my head to look at it honestly

I know I’m late to this party and it sold, but one that “old” with less than 100k miles is really rare in my area. I don’t think $26k is that far off the mark for a clean truck. The danger is always who-did-what to it before you.

Yeah the mileage is really good considering its age. I’d say it a better deal if it is confirmed to be a Baja. Hopefully most of the stuff done to it was just cosmetics

Agreed! Unfortunately for @Venom the value these trucks hold is a double edged sword at the dealer.

Glad to see they do hold their value. Maybe when I get my post count up I'll test the waters...

I was looking at 2015 Tacoma with the full TX/Baja package. Since you mentioned the cutoff year was 2014 then this one was a fake, and a mighty good fake at that. By looking at pictures of known real TX/Baja models this one will fool the best of them. The truck has been sold, so I can't do a Toyota vin look up.

Now I know the cut off year it will easier.

Also the work that has been done. If it was done correctly like the suspension and whatever else that was done to it.

In this area the TRD Off Road are going for the same price.

If you’re referring to the one you linked, it was a 2014 which could have a change at being a T/X Baja

How much of a difference between the 2 model is there, TRD Off Road and the TX/Baja beside the graphics and wheels?

It was a different one with 18K miles, but the same color, and it was a 2015.

Is one lifted higher than the other?

Is the Pro model the same as the TX/Baja for the 2015 model year?

Baja and pro have virtually the same suspension. Although 1 has 600# springs and the other 650#. They both are lifted 1.75” in front and no rear lift.
