I can see this inside an annex. Off the non-annexed tent, they may get wet.

I use 2 little containers that fit a pair of shoes each.
Just sit at the doorway, take the shoes off, put them in the container. Voila!

This is how I've been dealing with it. I don't mind Crocs when just lounging though.

Any cooler or cooler brand recommendations for rtt camping? Durability and insulation performance are most important. Portability not much of an issue since it will be in the bed. Thanks

Cooler or fridge? RTIC makes nice stuff, and its way less cost than Yeti.

I used the Wal-Mart brands, Omari trail and just got a smaller lifetime. Are the yeti and other name brands better, ya probably a little, but money saved is lots of ice. That being said, consider a plug in cooler or fridge.

Canyon makes some nice stuff and RTIC as well. I have both and I have no complaints.

I bought an Engel this year. I love it!
It out-performs YETI and costs way less. Engel is big in the fishing side of things; especially in Australia.

One of mine finally ripped out this weekend after hanging on by one strand for a long time. Stock image below to see what Im talking about.

You can't go wrong with Yeti, Engle, Pelican, or Rtic. At the time I bought my cooler, I had a tonneau cover on and all of these were too tall. I found the Lost Creek 65 cooler at Sportsman's and it works great. For a low height 65, it takes up a little more horizontal real estate. Just depends on how you like to pack the bed. Built in wheels, nice handle, drains on both ends, and only $225 when I bought it a couple of years ago.

Thanks for all the replies! Much appreciated.

I have a small dometic fridge, and it's great but also currently occupied for reasons and I really need a 70+L cooler that is suitable for 5 days or more.

Yeti's are laughably expensive for the quality and materials they use. So dumb. Coleman had always made at least one line of descent cooler but they often lack some nice features and I think they are all made overseas, too. Not a deal breaker but nice to buy quality stuff that is also made domestically.

Anyway, I'll check out those brands that were mentioned. I think I came across RTIC when searching Google, but the others don't sound familiar. Thanks again

RTIC is basically an exact copy of YETI except half the cost.
