    We have a 15 gallon aquarium, had 5 fish and an algae eater in it. Couldn't keep it clear, it would turn green after a few days. About once a month we would lose a fish. Got down to 1 fish and the algae eater. Caught 2 small crawdads and put in it. Lost the other fish and it kept turning green a day after we cleaned it. Took the crawdads back to the creek, only thing left is the algae eater. It's clearer now than it was when we bought it and we haven't cleaned it in 2 weeks, I did change the filter the other day. We tested it multiple times and it's always tested fine, even carried water to the fish store and it's been fine.
