What tires did you go with

 

33/10.5 R17 Goodyear MTRs

 

Good morning folks. Had a 4 wheel alignment done to rectify the truck pulling slightly to the right. They did a good job, now it tracks straight . I hope it lasts for awhile. Save wear on the tires. Have a good day all.

Any 'out of the way' little fishin spots I could trek to in the next few days for a 48hr unwind?

Been to most of the 'known' stuff.
Just want a dirt road to nowhere and silence..with some water to toss the kayak in, get a line wet.

I need it.

Personally I might buy a Bronco. They look pretty nice.

In addition to the yoter, need something reliable when you own a ferd.

 

They’re getting a lot of attention online. Not gonna lie, they do look pretty cool.
It will be interesting to see how they will perform off road.

 

I consider it an IFS Jeep. Don't get me wrong, it'll be a hard sell for it to wheel as well as a solid axle wrangler, but then driving wranglers long distance is just a nightmare too.

Also 35s and lockers driving off the lot for under 45K would probably sell like crazy to this particular crowd. I already know the TT2.7 is a hell of a motor, and I've heard very little bad about the 10speed auto.

 

Maybe for everyone else Thursday is done and I have 3 more days worth of work to finish by 1700 Friday

 

That 7 speed manual with the crawler gear sound pretty awesome too

 

While I can drive stick.. I just don't like it. I'm lazy.

Offroad in an auto is just less hassle.

 

Yeah I get that, I've only ever owned one automatic and it was a big lazy buick, I just prefer driving stick keeps me focused on driving and not fiddling with other things while driving.

 

After wheeling once with my MT, I would rather have an auto in that application only.

Any other conditions, especially snow MT all the way.

 

With out a doubt my next car will be stick. But It will definitely be a used car. Taco should be paid off by December. Then I can get my hands on a daily beater.

 

SFA is the best for low speed crawling, but there is a reason everything else in the world has gone to IFS. And the Bronco is going to come very nicely equipped for anything but the hardest blacks.

 

You'll get no argument from me.
