    well winter here in N.C. isn't so bad. It really starts in December and ends by March. I've seen winter pictures from Indiana, my ex-wife is from Hobart. Frozen waves on Lake Michigan, Giant piles of snow on the side of the streets with cars buried inside from the snow plow, no thank you. If we get a really good snow storm here it might be 8-10 inches, and it will be gone most of the time in about 2 weeks tops. Streets will be cleared up in about 3-4 days. The only snow that hangs around is the giant piles in the parking lots of stores.
