    Jay is partially right with the climate and frost issues. I believe there's some open lawsuit thing since way back that was mentioned I think by our realtor who told us basically no one owns the water in the state so I think permitting for one would be new territory. You can't even find homes with pools. Saw 2 with above ground which may be an option but not in any rush at all.
    Damn right. Pool party at @ColoradoTJ ! I think @TooTallJAMZ is on margarita duty.

    And no peeing in the pool!

    My trailer park doesn’t even have a pool. I told them if I could raise the rent I’d spring for a pickup bed and a liner. They could even build a fire under it for a hot tub.

    Until you have problems that are causing it. Like a small leak in the skimmer or main drain line or somewhere on the plumbing/equipment. Causing run back.
    Try and treat that scale all over your tile and waterfall, then get back to me.
