I have a good desk and good chair. I think its just that I end up sitting for much longer periods here than I do at the office. I try to get up as much as I can and go talk to people face to face when I'm at the office just so I have an excuse to get up. cant really do that here. so i take several small breaks everyday - unload the dishwasher, fold some laundry, etc. Anything to just get up and move a bit. Plus I go for a walk mid morning for 30 minutes too.

well....it is a pain in my ass so.... :notsure:

    Good afternoon.

I was supposed to be returning back to work in mid August.....it now looks like it is going to be mid September. I’m starting to think it will be never and I’m okay with that. I’m getting used to being the househusband. :)

That’s kind of what she was saying. In an office you get up a lot more without even realizing it. Even though you’re getting up to do laundry, dishes, etc. you’re still not moving as much as before. You normally would move around the office and still get home and do those type of things. :notsure:

Anyhoo, check out to see if there are any Directional Non-Force chiropractors near you?

Thank you. He passed in his sleep the weekend before fathers day. Because of the virus we have yet to have a service for him. This weekend we'll be clearing out his house. :hattip: thanks again

Did you ever stop to think we may give you all kinds of bad advise because you started out your post with "Alright old people with all your aches and pains..."?

but when i'm at hte office i don't do those things once i get home. usually so exhausted i just veg out in front of the TV after work.

i have a coworker bringing me a stand up desk thingy from the office. she lives by me so i don't have to drive all the way in just to get one. hope it helps.

cant hate me for being honest! :p

General, they will refer you to the proper specialist.

You can go the chiropractor route, I had good luck with them when I was working in a warehouse.

Wait! You’re the young one! You’re not supposed to be exhausted after work! That’s reserved for us “old people”.

    Hope the desk helps! :fingerscrossed:

If you've never tried an inversion table, try that. You said stretching helps. I have one in the garage and I use it quite a bit. My trips to the chiropractor have gone from multiple times a year to maybe 1 per year. My chiropractor even has one in his office.

    Good Evening :hattip:

Looks like I might be moving back to Arizona as early as March or April next year , getting tired of Calif . Been looking at Lake Havasu , Fort Mojave or Bullhead city . It's so much cheaper to live in Arizona as it was when I lived in Scottsdale Arizona in the 80's

Was looking at Hawaii but just to expensive and my brother is planning to move back to the mainland in 3-4 years
