I got kicked out of our local pool for peeing. I complained to the manager. I said “Everybody pees in the pool” He said “Yeah. But not from the high-dive board”

Ours is 21 years old but was updated at some point by the previous owner. I have worked with the guy who did the update and my regular pool guy comes twice a month and has worked on the pool for ten years. I do most of the cleaning and chemical balancing and leave the plumbing and electronics to them. Only had one small disaster when a 90 failed and sprayed a few thousand gallons of water into my MIL's apt but that was before we were finished renovating her place so damage was minimal. That repair was one I could have done myself but was worth the $100 to have the pool guy come out and fix since we were busy with other projects.

Well I have to go jump back on the tractor since I don’t have a pool. Guess I can be in a pool of sweat.

So far nothing other than replacing the motorized cover, motor and heater. Everything else is pretty good, cept for the in-ground hot tub. Has a leak and requires being dug up...out of concrete

Come down to Texas where you just have to step outside to be standing in a pool of your own sweat. No labor required.

@G8R_Taco No thank you sir, .338 is way too much recoil for me. I think it would shake all my hardware loose, and cause all the screws to back out. I'm happy to shoot my 5.56 and my collection of pistols. I might try to hand load some mild .300 savage for my remington 722. Thats about the limit of my "Big" Caliber shooting these days. I have a nice Marlin MR7 in 30-06 that was only made for a couple of years back in the late 90's. Picked it up from Bass Pro Shop for under $300.00 on sale. They copied several parts from all the major gun co., ie savage, remington etc. but I don'think I'll be shooting it anytime soon.

I lived all along the Gulf Coast from South Texas to Mississippi, people here in N.C. complain about the heat and humidity all the time. I tell them to go spend a summer down there, doesn't matter where, pick any spot from Galveston to Biloxi. Then they'll stop complaining.

David! Yeah, no 338 for you! Keep up your daily goals and progression. And throw a tiger Oscar in that tank for action!! Joking...
.308 is my current fave. 30-06 kicks a bit too much for what you get. .223/5.56 and we can go all day! Hold on to that MR-7. The beauty of guns is that they never diminish in value if you take care of them.
