Crazy neighbor lady got hauled off to the looney bin again yesterday afternoon. Basically a repeat of what happened 3 weeks ago...she had a mental breakdown and was lying down in her front yard, cops/paramedics were called and showed up...she screamed a bunch and they put her on a gurney and hauled her away.

I'd almost feel bad for her if she wasn't so goddamn obnoxious all the time

 

Give her some ativan and call it a day

 

Damn ppl and their hypermanic states during this pandemic haha

 

I think she graduated from benzos at a young age, she's into antipsychotic territory now

 

Haldol, b52, gurantee she snoozing in an ER rn getting babysitted. They prolly hate her there haha

Yeah the first time this happened 3 weeks ago the whole thing went down much more slowly...took at least an hour. This time they were much faster about it lol.

She was gone for almost 3 days last time, wonder how long they'll keep her now. Figure they probably put her on the mandatory 72hr psych hold since she's probably considered a threat to herself.

Of course her dogs were running wild around the neighborhood when it happened again...at least we'll get a few days of peace and quiet until she comes back. I overheard her yelling to her landlord recently about them wanting her to leave, but due to covid eviction regulations I don't think they can force her to yet.

very sad. It’s honestly shocking how some people are acting about all this. My buddy is a nurse and has had to vent Covid patients. He told me if everyone saw that they would change their tune real quick. I agree with him.

Nah problem usually is getting them calm enough to get a psych or crisis eval. Then they gotta wait for the meds to wear off and they sit in the ER, once theyre sober enough they get seen. Old lady prolly plays them for a fool and they say she is competent enough to go home. (When at this point its obv she needs to go to an inpatient facility)

 

Seen clowns like that lady dime a dozen. Shame u cant petition a patient till judge gets involved

 

Lady needs to go to her pcp, get a psychiatrist, and take care of her bipolar and likely schizo. Instead she lets her symptoms build and has breakdowns like that. Then the ER treats her short term and she does the cycle again

 

Lots of fuckin money involved right there just for her not to take the action of handling it
