    Started hearing a heat shield rattle at certain RPM's, crawled under the truck and #5 in the picture is making the noise. Going to the dealer today to order them. I think they are held on by clamps but I don't see them in the picture (or maybe they are crimped together?).

    Don't forget to re-aim those. The cutoff shield gives you a solid line for cutoff, but it's going to be higher than when you had halogens, by default.

    Mine started rattling as well, local muffler shop said "just rip em off"..... they appear to me to be bolted together... and quite rusty at this point (I'm at 239k) so I used a $2 stainless hose clamp to hold them together and all is just fine now...
    Good luck with the stealership price!

    The guy had his son post it on Marketplace. The description and name of the ad were pretty terrible, but I know I was close because of the shape and color. So I reached out to the kid and he told me to call his dad. Turns out it was exactly what I needed. It was so far down the list that I am surprised I found it. No mention of Toyota or Tacoma, just the basic dimensions. Really feels like I got lucky.
